About the Artist
We look at a beautiful flower, but do we actually see it? Amalia Elena Veralli is a passionate visual explorer. Her photographs take us on an expedition into the remarkable structure of flowers. A native New Yorker, Veralli has called Vermont her home for over 30 years. Her artistic journey includes study at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, the University of Vermont, and numerous workshops. She originally focused on black-and-white photography. Turning to pottery making, she owned and operated Warren Village Pottery for almost 30 years. Then in 2005 she turned her creative energies to the art of color photography.
